About Us:

Paul Burton Productions stage professional concerts and shows in aid of charity. Since 2015, we have staged 31 productions and a total of 38 performances at venues in Cromer, Derby, Eastbourne, Hornchurch, Leicester, London, Sheringham and Yeovil. To date, we have raised over £14,262.75 for charity, with Acting for Others, The Actors' Church, LOROS, Marie Curie UK, RNLI Cromer and Royal Variety Charity all benefiting in the process. In 2022, we will be staging concerts at venues in Blackpool, Brighton, Cromer, Eastbourne, Felixstowe, Great Yarmouth, Leicester, Skegness, Swanage and Windsor.

Paul Burton Productions are best known for staging the popular Sunday at the Musicals concerts. To date, there have been a total of 17 versions and 19 performances, which have included special summer and Christmas versions. The productions have been presented at The Actors' Church, The Hippodrome Casino, The Phoenix Arts Club, St. James Theatre and The Union Theatre in London and the Leicester Haymarket Theatre in Leicester.

We have recently begun staging the Tonight at the Musicals concerts. The first, which was sold out, took place at Cromer Church in Cromer, North Norfolk. The cast featured Nikki Bentley, Ruth Betteridge, Holly-Jane Crowter, Jessica Martin, Hayley Maybury, Louise Olley, Mira Ormala, Helen Power and Anna Simmons.

Our other concerts have included Marti Webb in Concert, which was staged at the Queen's Theatre, Hornchurch, Octagon Theatre, Yeovil, and at The Royal Hippodrome Theatre, Eastbourne. We have also produced two sell-out performances of Musicals and Beyond at the Arts Theatre, London, and A Tribute to the Musicals at PizzaExpress (Holborn) in London.

Branching out from concert, we presented An Afternoon of Monologues at The Phoenix Arts Club in London. This production, which was hosted by Gyles Brandreth, included Sabina Franklyn, Jenny Funnell, Louise Jameson, Jackie Lye, Eve Matheson and Natalie Walter in the cast. 

Meanwhile, the first performed reading we staged was Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw at The Actors' Church in London. The cast featured Philip Bretherton, Moira Brooker, Brian Capron, Christopher Ettridge, Sabina Franklyn, Judy Matheson, Graham Seed and Gay Soper.

Following the success of Pygmalion, we staged a performed reading of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens at The Actors' Church. The role of Scrooge was played by Graham Seed, while the narrators were Judy Buxton, Christopher Ettridge, Derek Griffiths, Jeffrey Holland, Diane Keen, Louise Jameson, Carol Royle, Hilary Tones and Finty Williams.
